AGREEMENT TO COLLECT
PAST DUE CHILD SUPPORT
Global Detective Agency, Inc., hereinafter known as the “Company” is in the business of collecting past due child support for custodial parents under a court ordered judgment. The below signed client wishes to hire the Company to collect the past due child support owed to them.
Terms of Agreement:
a.The client assigns the Company to be their exclusive agent to collect the past due child support owed to them for a (5) five year period from the date signed or until the full amount due is collected by the Company.
